W06 Activity: Sprint Plan
Overview
As early in the week as possible, communicate with your team members to reflect on your progress and plan for the week. This can be done synchronously or asynchronously (synchronously is usually more effective).
Instructions
Planning
Each sprint you will work on tasks that work towards creating the features of your application. Each feature should have one of your team members assigned as the lead. The lead is responsible for the successful completion of the feature.
To plan for this sprint, create tasks for each feature of your project. If you choose not to work on a specific feature this sprint, add the feature to the list as a reminder, but don't add any tasks. Each task should be able to be completed during the sprint. Each task is assigned to a team member as their priority work for the sprint. Each feature will have several tasks that need to be accomplished this sprint (the whole feature will likely span several sprints). To help planning, estimate the amount of time needed to complete the task.
Remember each team member must spend a minimum of 10 hours per week working on the project.
Each team member should complete the following items with the cooperation of their team members. Open W06-sprint4-record.docx document in Microsoft Teams. Fill in the following sections of the document. You can view an example plan here. Remember this is just an example, make the document work for you and your team.
