W03 Activity: Sprint Standup
Overview
Each sprint you are required to conduct a synchronous (required) standup meeting so that each team member can report on their progress. Each team member should provide a brief update on their progress for each assigned task, focusing on three main points:
- What they accomplished since the last meeting.
- What they plan to work on next.
- Any obstacles they are facing.
Each update should be concise, typically lasting no more than two minutes per person. Team members should actively listen and provide support or suggestions to help overcome any reported challenges. Keep the discussion on topic while also documenting any action items or follow-up tasks that arise.
